Couldn’t be more happy with my treatment at Burns Fam Dentistry! This was my first ever appointment with their practice. Everyone was friendly and transparent about treatment costs, and they were willing to work with me & settle my financial concerns despite having no insurance. Dr. Casey & Madison were extremely kind and professional, and thoughtfully explained what they were doing throughout my treatment (filling/chipped tooth repair). The whole process was painless and efficient— I was out of there in under an hour and now it looks like my tooth was never chipped at all. Thank you!!

This was my first visit at Burns Dentistry. The staff were so kind and helpful. James and Madison are both gems, very welcoming. Dr. Casey was gentle, and very knowledgable and articulate. This will be the dental practice my family uses going forward. Such a wonderful experience.

I’ve had such a great experience with this dental office. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciate that they are always on time for appointments. The dentists are honest, trustworthy, and never try to push unnecessary treatment. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients, and I always leave feeling confident that I’m receiving excellent care.

I continue to be so impressed with the dentists, staff, and care at Burns Family Dentistry. My family members and I all appreciate the skill, kindness, and professionalism of Dr. Casey and Dr. Eric, and their hygienists have been exceptional. Always a wonderful experience at Burns Family Dentistry. Warm, friendly and welcoming staff. Easy check-in and check-out process. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and focus on making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Burns is fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to providing top-quality care. She answers all your questions and made sure I understood everything about my implant procedure. I highly recommend Burns Family Dentistry if you are looking for a new dentist in Wilmington.
